The 2026 Women into Leadership Awards

We are delighted to introduce the 3rd edition taking place at the Hilton London Canary Wharf on 13th October.

For over a decade the Total Events team has been delivering outstanding professional development events, designed to encourage women into leadership roles. With many of the women who attended earlier Women into Leadership conferences now holding senior leadership roles within the Civil Service, it is a perfect opportunity to recognise those individuals and organisations who have dedicated their time and skills to encouraging women to achieve their full potential within the Civil Service.

Who Attends

The Women into Leadership Awards is attended by:

  • Senior Civil Servants
  • Middle Managers
  • Emerging leaders
  • D&I Champions & HR Professionals
  •

The audience includes attendees from major Government departments such as HMRC, DWP and DoE along with agencies, public bodies and wider public sector organisations such as the NHS.

As well as recognising the many achievements in this sphere, the awards ceremony offers a great opportunity for women to network with colleagues from across the Civil Service.

The Format

The ceremony will start at 3:50pm, immediately following the Women into Leadership London conference, and will be accompanied by networking drinks, canapés and entertainment.

All are welcome to attend the Awards.

The Venue

We are delighted to announce the Leadership Awards will be hosted at Hilton London Canary Wharf, South Quay Square, Marsh Wall, London.

Hilton Canary Wharf is in the heart of London, a short distance from Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.

Address: South Quay Square, Marsh Wall, London, E14 9SH
