For over a decade, our Women into Leadership and Ethnic Minorities into Leadership conferences have empowered Civil Servants to unlock their full leadership potential. In 2024, we proudly launched two prestigious award ceremonies to honour the individuals and organisations driving real progress in diversity and inclusion. Now returning for their second year, the awards continue to shine a spotlight on the inspirational leaders who are breaking barriers, challenging the status quo and paving the way for a more inclusive Civil Service.
